Described as "a leader's leader with an extraordinary depth of experience," Mary has spent over 35 years guiding executives, boards, and organizations toward excellence. As an Executive Leadership Coach, Public Speaker, and Business Consultant, she provides senior leaders with the clarity they need to navigate complexity, make bold decisions, and lead with confidence.

Mary's professional journey spans corporate boardrooms, government institutions, and international organizations. She has served on 15 boards and held C-suite roles in the Oil & Gas, Finance, and Public Sectors, leading turnarounds, strategy shifts, and governance reforms. She was the CEO of National Oil Corporation of Kenya, where she spearheaded its transformation, and has advised organizations such as GTBank, the Kenya Revenue Authority, East African Packaging Industries, and the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP).

Her passion lies in unlocking leadership potential, particularly for women. Through Full Circle with Mary, she mentors and equips women to step into executive and boardroom roles with confidence and impact. She is also a Certified Trainer for the Female Future Kenya Program, strengthening gender equality in leadership.
